Meteo Exploration have for some time been a favourite weather resource of ours. Last winter in the Sierra Nevada we gained confidence in their forecasting abilities when they accurately predicted incoming fronts and wind speeds, all useful information in the depths of a high altitude winter.
Spanish Highs Mountain Guides Mountain Weather
They have recently updated their Mulhacen summit weather report with forecasts from a new high resolution model. At present they provide information for the Alps and the Iberian Peninsula, although it will keep growing in the future. A good and recommended resource.
