Reports suggest up to 40cm new snow fell on Saturday and Sunday. There is some drifting. The snow is wet and heavy, giving risk of avalanches. Snow level was down to 2500m on Sunday but today has retreated to 2700 because of rising temps. More snowfall is forecast this week so conditions should be much better for ski touring at the weekend.
