Still waiting for the 1st major snowfalls

On Mulhacen last Thursday (25th Oct). Reasonable snowfall above 3000m overnight of 24th. Today most of that has gone, and only a dusting remains. The ground is hard and frozen and  temps above 2500m will remain below freezing at nights. Here’s hoping the winter is not far away!
